Michelle was a research specialist in the lab from August 2009-August 2010. Michelle graduated as a Vagelos Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Biochemistry and a M.S. in Chemistry. She was born in the Philippines and grew up in the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest. She enjoys volleyball, tennis, and playing the guitar. Michelle went on to pursue her MD at The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
